Wrap me in Diamonds

search

"Gorgeous yet simple crochet wrap. Almost the entire pattern is made of single crochets and chains with a double crochet every so often. Lion Brand Mandala yarn in Warlock not only gives it the beautiful colors and stripes but also a great and comfortable feeling. The wrap also works as a lovely scarf. The diamond lace stitch used in this pattern has amazing texture when unblocked and an awesome patterning when blocked. You can't go wrong either way!"

NotesI did not use the lightest color of each cake.

I'm sorry, but if I have to pay for a printed copy of the pattern, it is not a free pattern. I can't even copy and paste.

Hi there! If you scroll down on the blogger's page, the pattern is described in full. You only have to pay if you prefer to have an ad-free PDF. Thanks!

Look at the texture of this wrap me in diamonds scarf. The little diamond shapes are visible in the voids as well as where the yarn is. The use of the variegated yarn will make this project move smoothly without having to change colors and weave in those loose ends. Stunning.

The colors in this scarf are FANTASTIC. So pretty!

This wrap turned out beautifully. I am curious to know how it would have looked if the designer had used the light colors of the cake. I love the diamond pattern. Used either as a scarf or a wrap you can not go wrong. Thanks for the free pattern.

Oh this pattern is beautiful. I love the ombre effect on the yarn! I think warlock is my favorite color too! I'm so happy that the pattern is labeled "easy". I'll get to add the diamond stitch to my stitch collection and it sounds like it may become a well loved one. Somebody might even get this scarf/wrap for a Christmas gift!

The best kind of patterns are like this one that boldly state GAUGE NOT IMPORTANT. That makes it so much easier. Im not sure why crafters are requesting a pdf to purchase for this and other patterns. If you are using chrome, all you have to do is install the print easy extension and it will print a pdf for you and you can even remove the ads yourself. Easy peasy.

I already made a triangle shawl/scarf using the Lion Brand Mandala yarn in "Warlock"! Nooooo! I now need to take it apart. I want this one instead. This is BEAUTIFUL, oh my goodness! This diamond stitch I have never seen before! And it looks easy and fun to do, too. It is such a great scarf or wrap for fall, in this spice colorway. I will have my project to work on this weekend!
