This Balloon Applique free crochet pattern is another addition to my series of Heart Shaped Appliques. These adorable crochet Balloon Appliques will be perfect for card making, you can use them for any clothes embellishment, scrapbooking, or, anything else you can think about! Materials: - cotton crochet thread size 10 - crochet hook size 6/1.8 mm Finished size: Heart is about 1” (2.5 cm), string you can make as long as you wish."

If you havent discovered this designer by now, then where in the world have you been? Her appliqus are incredible, and what makes them even more so is that theyre primarily based on simple heart shapes. This bouquet of balloons has so many possibilities but I think the first thing Im going to do is make a birthday card for a very special person in my life. He definitely makes my heart soar like these balloons.

These are Heart Balloon Applique are absolutely adorable! I'm going to make up quite a few of these to have on hand for Valentine's Day. I can see them being used for bookmarks, embellishments for the fronts of handmade greeting cards as well as stiffened and used in a cute mug with chocolates to give to your favorite sweetie!
