Would really like to see close up pics of the waistband area and how it looks without a shirt covering it up. I think this would be a lot easier also if it were worked in the round instead of having to be joined together if that is possible. Instead of the wool blend yarn, a cotton yarn would allow it to be worn in the warmer areas.

I have seen many beautiful crocheted skirt patterns, but always put off making one. I think i may try this one for my daughter. It would look so cute with leggings so it could still be worn into winter that way. I love the stitch pattern used and it could be made in any color and would even look good in a multi color yarn like Red heart unforgettable.

This skirt is definitely not for girls who don't want to get noticed. Because you will get noticed while wearing the flirty crochet skirt. Now, the pattern is not really all that difficult to work up and the directions are clear with diagrams included. It is pretty simple to put together, too. This would also be stunning in a red wine color, for a night on the town with your date. Pair it with a simple blouse because the skirt has a lot of interest already- don't want to have your top compete with that.
