"A fun, yet slightly silly, bag design that will definitely get people talking. Ha! This tapestry crochet bag is a quick design for Valentine’s Day, to store some precious candy or cards in, or makes a great cosmetic bag any time of the year. You may sell all finished products made from this pattern; however you may not share, sell, or distribute this pattern in any way, in whole or in part. I would greatly appreciate a link back to my shop or this pattern anytime you sell this item online."

The designer uses a G size hook to make this adorable little bag, but Im willing to bet if I go up a couple of sizes to an I or even a J hook everything will still work out. Id like to make some small throw pillows for one of my granddaughters since her birthday is right before Valentines Day. Shes completely into kitsch, and I dont expect that to change anytime soon.

After seeing this cute lips bag, I am thinking of all the ways I could make use of it. I'd take this on summer road trips and throw my charging cords for my phone and iPad in there. I also see me using it as a pouch to throw inside my bigger tote bag that I use to take to the pool. I'd keep my keys, lip gloss, and glasses in there. She impresses me every time with her original ideas!

It's cute and not hard at all. The instructions and diagram are very clear and easy to follow. And it doesn't take much yarn to complete. I noticed that the shape of the heart could very well lend itself into becoming a pretty butterfly. Ombr or variegated yarn used would be gorgeous.

A great little bag with a big heart on it to add to my Valentine project round up. I am trying to collect ideas for cheap and easy things to make for various people and various events for Valentines and wanted to get an early start this year.
