I love giving plant gifts any time of year, but since Im usually the grower as well as the giver, I dont have those decorative foil wrappers like the store versions. Besides, what are you supposed to do with the darn things? Pot covers like these can be customized for each recipients favorite colors, or if you want something more universal, go with holiday colors.

Cute, cute, cute! This is right up my alley. I just love quirky and unique crochet patterns for the home. It appears that this plant pot cover or cozy is made for a 4-6 inch pot. It also appears that it obviously has some stretch to it, as well! Of course, if you are not big on the pink or any other color used- pick all your own colors and enjoy.
