This is a really clever idea for decorating what could be a very ordinary basket. I love how the apple literally pops right out from the smooth sides. I collect baskets, so I will definitely be working this one up using some Caron One Pound. Change the color to purple, delete several Bobbles, and it could become a Grape variation instead.

What an adorable little basket. Well not all that little. I really think this will look great come the Fall. I can think of a few uses for it. I may have to make a bunch of them. I think if I did it in a tan it would look more Autumn.

Now we are starting to see designs created for the autumn season. The basket is actually more sizeable than I expected it to be. It looks large enough to fill with kitchen essentials next to the sink, like sponges, soaps, and dishcloths. I like that it does not look like specifically a "country" apple design. Not all of us like the country look- but we do love apples. A basket full of them -)
