love the looks of this hat. tried at least 10 times to make it and its like there vital parts of the instructions missing. Like increase/decrease stitches, maybe spaces needing skipped, how many puffs in a rnd . when completed..... i just kept having it ruffle on me each time as i did a rnd. Is it supposed to do that? i felt like i was making a doily instead of a hat. If anyone can fill in the gaps for me , i'd really appreciate it because i'd love to actually complete this project. Also the instructions for these puffs seem to differ from that of other puff stitch projects i've done. Is that a norm?
