This is one of my favorite scrapbusters! The hat starts with working a flat strip for the band and then sewing it together. The rest of the hat is constructed in rows to the top. If youre not that skilled at closing that top hole, remember big pompons cover a multitude of sins! One other thing I generally do is go down a hook size or two for the brim portion. They do stretch more than you think.

I like this Rainbow Crochet Hat Pattern for its color combination. It is so stylish and chic, perfect to wear in summer. I can make a matching scarf for this. Wow.

Rainbows are one of my favorite things found in nature. They make me smile when I see them. What a way to bring them with me everywhere I go. The skill level states easy and that makes it even better.

Help me understand. When you use SC the result will be elastic. However, I am given the option to use any stitch, hdc, dc, fpdc or bpdc. Will any of these crochet stitches yield an elastic band? The pictures are very helpful and the finished product is very cute.

Can any of these hat patterns be printes?

can patterns be printed

@margmiddleton12 0887856, Thank you for your message. We suggest that you go to the page and highlight the text, then right-click on it. You'll get a window that gives you the option to "copy." Do that, and then paste the text into a word document. You should be able print that document that way. Another option is to highlight exactly what you would like to be printed. Then, select print from your drop-down menu, and change your print range from all to selection. -editors of AllFreeCrochet
