I found this VERY frustrating! Since it is only a video, with no written instructions, I found myself scrambling to write down the steps. Gave up, because it was taking too long, and ads kept popping up.

This is a nice video showing how to crochet this Cable stitch hat. I too wish there was a written pattern for this beautiful hat. I had a hard time understanding a lot of what she was saying and her voice is so soft, I had a hard time hearing her even with my speakers all the way up. I tried to write down the pattern, but will have to get back to it later. Company just came. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet hat tutorial.

Be advised that the embedded link above takes you straight to a YouTube video that doesnt seem to include a written pattern. I even checked the comments to see if it might be there, but no dice. Its a very nice video, and since the hat is worked in real time, its easy to see the cable technique. It works as a tutorial, but not if youre looking for the actual pattern for the hat.
