With MC and larger hook, ch 4 and sl st to join in a ring.
Rnd 1: 6 Sc in ring, sl st to join – 6 sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around, sl st to join – 12 sc. 
Rnd 3: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in next sc] around, sl st to join – 18 sc.
Rnd 4: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, sc in each of next 2 sc] around, sl st to join – 24 sc. 
Rnd 5: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, sc in each of next 3 sc] around, sl st to join – 30 sc. 
Rnd 6: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, sc in each of next 4 sc] around, sl st to join – 36 sc. 
Rnd 7: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, sc in each of next 5 sc] around, sl st to join – 42 sc. 
Rnd 8: Ch 1, [2 sc in next sc, sc in each of next 6 sc] around, sl st to join – 48 sc.

Rnd 24: With smaller hook, ch 1, sc around, sl st to join. Fasten off. 

Handle
With MC and larger hook, ch 8.
Row 1: Beg in 2nd ch from hk, sc across – 7sc
Rows 2-3: ch 1, sc across. 
Beg working in the round.
Rnds 1-48: Sc around.
Beg working flat.
Rows 1-3: Ch 1, sc across.
Fasten off. 

GRASS CIRCLE
With CC and larger hook, ch 5 and sl st to join in a ring.
Rnd 1: [Ch 5, sc in ring] 7 times.
Rnd 2: Ch 2, sc into first ch-5 sp, [ch 5, sc into next ch-5 sp] around, end with ch 5, sl st to top of beg ch-2. 
Rnd 3: Sl st into first ch-5 sp, [ch 5, sc] twice into every ch-5 sp.
Rnds 4-5: Rep Rnd 2.
Rnd 6: Rep Rnd 3.
Rnds 7-10: Rep Rnd 2.
Fasten off.

FINISHING
Attach handles on opposite sides of the Basket ½” below the edge. Place the Grass circle inside Basket squishing and fluffing it to fill Basket.
