This is one of those quick little scrapbusters that are perfect stocking stuffers or inexpensive craft show offerings. Youre basically just working a flat swatch using the Shell Stitch, pinching it together, wrapping it, and attaching an alligator clip to the back. I would use a variety of hair clips because that alligator would be too heavy for some hair. This would look nice on a hair comb, too.
