1 Hour Sands of Time Bracelet
The 1 Hour Sands of Time Bracelet is true to it's name: it takes less than an hour to make and it's hourglass shaped. It's a gorgeous bracelet that has a button closure, which makes it easy to take on and off. Instructions and a photo tutorial will show you how to make a small or large version of the bracelet. You can make one in every color you can think of and for every person you know. Anyone would love a pretty bracelet as a small crochet gift or as token of gratitude. I can attest to the intermediate level bracelet you see here. It required me to really "pay attention" to what I was doing, compared to most of the patterns I choose which are usually those meditative patterns with lots of repeats. A lovely bracelet, though, in white for the summer on nice tanned arms.

This is a beautiful bracelet. After reading the directions I am in agreement with the designer. The directions show that it is an intermediate level but the directions are so clear this could be completed by anyone with some experience with crochet. The first one, because you will want to have more than one, may take more than an hour but the additional ones you will want to make will not take as long.

This bracelet is very charming! I love its intricacies! The hourglass shape if very attractive and timeless. I can see that this bracelet can be personalized in several ways..both color and button closure. It'll be fun to tailor these specifically to the person you're gifting with it. I've never seen a pattern like this where it is jewelry and yet has such detailed yarn craft. It's actually quite amazing!

I am going to have to make this just to verify the time limit it takes to complete. I can not believe something this intricate can take so little time. The design is beautiful and truly a work of art.

This is a cute bracelet. I definitely want to make a few of them up in different colours. I just have to wait for a day that my hands will let me work with fine thread and a small hook. This pattern has a lot of pictures to go with the pattern, making it easy to follow.

I like the design detail of this relatively quick to make crocheted bracelet. Get yourself plenty of stitch markers, though! These bracelets are so very versatile. They are suitable for teens and 'tweens and moms, too! It would make a great crochet club project that could be done in 1- 1.5 hours in an evening meeting at a coffee shop.

I have been crocheting since I was a teenager but never tried to make jewelry until now. I will be making this pattern for charity.

I love Rhonddas designs and am a very happy subscriber to her Oombawka Design blog. Im delighted whenever I see one of her patterns listed, because I can be assured of clear, concise instructions and a quality project. Her patterns are almost always available to print off, or as I prefer, a .pdf download so I can save on paper and ink.

I love the look and intricate detail of this bracelet, on my first go it took me longer than an hour as I had to keep referring back to the photo tutorial which is invaluable and this pattern I see certainly not for the beginner crocheter. However, once you have made one and understand all the stitches it gets easier to make and takes less time. The other good thing about this design is that it is easy to make shorter or longer so you can get the right size for your wrist. I have made 4 so far with my ball of dmc Petra and have lots of thread left so you can make many from one ball.

I love, love this 1 Hour Sands of Time Bracelet. I know my oldest Grand daughter will too. I appreciate all of the pictures to help me know what to do. This pattern is so well written that I want to do a few of them today. The down load tab worked and I have it. I have a tin full of vintage buttons and now I have to see which ones will look the best. Thank you so much for this beautiful free pattern.
