Vicki Plunkett

Vicki Plunkett is a homeschooling Mom with five kids and is married to a wonderful man who has truly blessed her with the gift of being a stay at home, homeschooling mom all these many years of marriage. Vicki's crazy, busy, bright, beautiful kids have filled these many years to overflowing, and as they get older, she finds herself with some “me” time finally, which her love for crocheting (and music) is now very thankful for!

Vicki has always been creative by nature, a gift handed down to her through both parents, and she has always been drawn to creative, artistic endeavors such as singing, playing flute, and writing poetry and songs, which she practices regularly and often. She also enjoys other fine arts as well as crafts, but only recently has re-discovered the joy of crochet after having made a few simple projects 20+ years ago and put down in lieu of five busy babies. Vicki has been an avid crocheter now for a little less than two years, time permitting, amidst being a homeschooling Mom, housewife, active church member and musician, recent college student, and now crocheting teacher.

She presently has free crochet patterns available on her blog, as well patterns and other items for sale on Etsy at “creativecreationsby”. Vicki can also be found on Facebook as “Creative Creations by Vicki”. She is purposing to venture further out into the world of crochet design as time permits me to write and re-write the many patterns for items she has already made and designed, as well as the ones she hopes to make and design in the future.

I thank you for the fast response to the link that showed me what a magic circle was. I am already working on my sun catcher dishcloth...
