I like that the motifs for the Floral Motif Afghan measure 7" square. With the motifs being that size, there are fewer motifs to crochet. It was necessary to go to the Redheart website to view this finished product in a larger frame. Have never croched the popcorn stitch but I'm guessing that where the texture comes from.

Lots of colors and lots of different stitched and squares bring this lovely floral motif afghan together. Perfect size for curling up on the sofa and reading a book. This could also be your on-the-go blanket you keep in the car for stops at a park on a warm day if you arent afraid that it would get too dirty. Very nice afghan. Great to have the pattern on this page without having to click links to get to it.

This is also very nice. The colors used are not the usual primary colors of the color wheel. It's good that the pattern is just right in front. Thanks for that.

great patterns just found this free site I,am so glad. sincerely Janet Manuel

I would have given 5 stars as the design and end result are so lovely, however having been instructed by the to buy 3 balls each of c,d,e,f upon making it I found I only used one ball of each. I now have enough yarn to make 2 more blankets, as you can imagine buying triple the yarn is quite a costly error.

Can't wait to try this! thanks
