These are cute. I have never made a pair before. I don't wear boots. But my niece just got married and moved to montana. She lives in boots now. So I want to make a bunch of these for here. They appear easy and don't take much yarn so here I go.

I really like this boot cuff. The designer starts off with an excellent tip on fitting the cuff. Unlike many patterns, you cant start this one off using a Foundation Stitch (there is an excellent reason for this). The body of the cuff is mainly shells, but the real trick is how she finishes by flipping the cuff upside down and essentially working a mirror image of the second round. Very clever!
