This is one of those pieces that I would consider a perfect candidate for a classic piece. The colors may not be so trendy in the future but the design elements are timeless. It is a classy piece and with more than one way to wear it, you can't go wrong.

I was wrong. I thought by looking at the picture of the project would give me an indication of why a project is advance. For this one I thought it was the changing of colors. It has to be the creation of the bottom of the cowl/poncho. Pineapples are a little complicated but I just have to give this a try. At least I can purchase it from the designer if I just can't figure it out.

What a beautiful poncho! Or is it a cowl? It is both! This Convertible Poncho/Cowl pattern shows how you could wear this item in three different ways! Now that is a pattern worth saving. I love how easy the beginning is, double crochet for the first 15 rows. Then my skills are put to test! I love it.

OMG I love how beautiful this Convertible Cowl/Poncho is! The colors she uses and the whole pattern is just what I've been looking for! I haven't made this one yet, but as soon as I can get the yarns, I will be making this one for sure! The written pattern is easy to understand and I'm sure if followed it will come out great! Beautiful poncho / shawl. Love the way she has the colors so gradually and subtly changing colors and blending together. The instructions are very well explained and simple to follow. The pineapple stitch that is integrated into the pattern gives it a little extra pizazz and a touch more feminine.
