This is a simple little hat, and thankfully, the only time the Bullion stitch is used is for the accent round and the butterfly trim (which I am definitely keeping). I would probably give up in frustration if the entire hat were done up in the Bullion. Besides being a yarn eater, this stitch is hard for me to work due to my own dexterity issues.
