Ava Vest Top

"The Ava top is worked flat in two pieces. From the hem to the armhole, a 7-row stitch repeat blends double crochet (US terms) with Iris stitch for a beautiful mix of texture. From the armhole, this top is worked in double crochet. This is an intermediate-level pattern due to shaping at the armholes and neckline, but the construction is straightforward—just sew the shoulder and side seams, then finish with a round of single crochet around the neckline and armholes. The hem is finished with a small side opening for a more flattering fit and ease of movement. Comfortable and eco-conscious using the recommended yarn, pair this vest with jeans, shorts, or a flowing skirt. /DETAILS Skill level : Intermediate US Terminology /MATERIALS DK Yarn (100% cotton): 778, (870, 1003, 1165, 1242, 1368) yds 4mm / G-6 crochet hook 4.5mm crochet hook (starting chain) Tape Measure Scissors Yarn Needle /FINISHED SIZE To Fit (inches) Finished Size Width approx.
