Super Fast Bohemian Crochet Scarf

Super Fast Bohemian Crochet Scarf
Super Fast Bohemian Crochet Scarf

Ready to try something new for winter? Then this Super Fast Bohemian Crochet Scarf needs to be on your list! This scarf uses yarn in five different weights and is a great stash-buster.

From the blogger: "The photo tutorial guides you to make this eye-catching bohemian scarf. It employs the larksfoot crochet stitch which is an interesting stitch and makes quite a difference and emphasized textures. For this particular scarf I used 5 different sizes and color of yarn — ranging from sport to chunky yarn. Relevant hooks for the tutorial scarf: 7.00 mm & 3.00 mm. I also added different kinds of ribbons (lace, sateen, crochet) to add a little of the bohemian flair."

This is such a great idea, using different sizes of yarn and hooks to work the funky texture on the scarf. I love that the designer has a photo for each row of the project so you can see exactly how each new stitch intersects with the previous row. Very clever including ribbons, poms and other bits as part of the fringe. Definitely a boutique kind of item!

Ah, this is gorgeous! This looks like something you'd find in a boutique somewhere. I used to hate fringe, but I've definitely started coming around to it, and now this is definitely a scarf I need to add to my gift-giving list. Gorgeous!

Thank you so much Jules for such a sweet comment and feedback! I appreciate it greatly!

Oh I love this scarf. I am in love with anything boho, bohemian, hippie, or fashion from the sixties or seventies. It was such a great time then. I love these colors. The lace tassels and the pompoms really make this a unique piece. The instructions are so easy to do. I just need to collect my materials and get busy on this. Love all the instructional pictures that are shown too.

Thank you so much Hippie Chick!

I have not seen such an original looking bohemian style scarf like this one, ever. This is SO unique! I wish I was the one who came up with the idea! After reading through the pattern, for me, it gives a great variety or stitch pattern row after row, to keep my interest and to make me want to continue on just to see how it will turn out! Her addition of the lace and ribbons is right on trend! There IS a new yarn out there that combines several different weights of yarn all in one. The only thing about that is, your scarf will not have different COLORS.

Thank you so much on the compliments. I am so happy with how people react to it - it turned out to be a great conversation starter! I hope you make it and enjoy it
