Heres another nice cowl project that could easily be downsized to create a fashionable ear warmer or headband. The instructions are easy to follow and nicely repetitive, so this should work up in a snap. The perfect TV project because once you get established, you dont need to pay strict attention to your work. The cowl is cute, but the little girl is even cuter!
