This is a different take on the usual scarf. I love the pointed design which is reinforced by using the Double Crochet V stitch. The author provides photos of various ways to wear the scarfI can think of a few more. The original pattern calls for using an H size hook, but I think it might work just as well with a larger hook like a J or even K. It would make it more open, but the basic shape would remain the same.
