Oversized Crochet Owl Pillow
Owl patterns are very popular right now, and if you want to theme your child's room with this cute little animal, then an oversized crochet owl pillow will complete the look perfectly. The voluptuous stitches and large size make it the perfect lounging and cuddling companion. The flexible design even allows for tweaking so that there is room inside for toy stashing. Don't let the "oversized" scare you—the easy crochet pattern will make the project a quick one. Caution: it might be so cute you won't want to sit on it.

Such a simple pattern for such an adorable pillow! Sometimes simple is the best way to create a big impact, I think. We have a tendency to overthink things sometimes. I personally have not used the Bernat baby blanket yarns in any of my projects before. This could be the best way for me to try it out! I would love a trio of these in all different colors.

I just bought several balls of Bernat Blanket on sale, so some of my new stash is going toward this adorable project. If you were to work this up in a smaller size, and added a wide strap, this would also be a cute bag. I love owls anyway, and what better way to advertise your crochet skills than turning it into a work in progress bag?

What a fantastic idea for a childs room, a big cuddly pillow for the bed or a snuggle cushion on the floor? And lets not forget all the grown-ups with a passion for all things owl related. Make a couple in bright colours to pop on the sofa in the family room. They are quick and easy to make and the crocheted eyes make them quite safe, even for the littlies.

This is adorable - owls are everywhere and now they can be right on my couch! Can I make this even if I'm not a child? Asking for a friend..
