Throw Pillow Cover

search

"This large throw pillow cover can be made to be put on your bed, floor, large chair or just to cuddle up to. I have made the sample in cream colored light worsted weight yarn and used wooden buttons to decorate with, but a more vibrant color and contrast buttons would look good as well. It’s an easy stitch pattern of just 2 rows so even if you are a beginner crocheter you can give it a go, (impress your friends). Hope you enjoy making it!"

What a smart, modern, and simple looking pillow- but with enough interest added from the addition of the buttons and the flap. I have freestyle crocheted my way through many projects, making it up as I go. I gotta tell you, being able to create your own pattern takes a lot of time. You will rip apart and re-do several times to get it right. It takes dedication! Appreciate all these free patterns you find here!

I love the contrast of the side with the buttons. I love how this looks detailed and well thought-out but still simple enough that it could work in anyone's home.

Love the looks of this pillow cover. The two different pattern look separated by a row of little buttons gives this an elegant look. It would work in an office setting or at home in a formal living room. Looks too nice to use in a family room. The stitch pattern is very easy to follow even for a beginner.
