Plant Pot Cover

"Make your household plants look more attractive with this plant pot cover, made in two colors with an easy textured stitch it will brighten up your plants on any windowsill, coffee table or shelf. The pattern is written in both USA and UK formats, I crocheted it using a 5.00mm hook and a worsted #4 yarn (aran weight yarn for UK crocheters). Decorated with my carnation flower & leaf, but this is optional or you can use your own applique, hope you like it."
