They look so precise. I wonder, do you think she blocked them and/or treated them with a fabric stiffener? I wonder if that is recommended for coasters? I made several sets last summer and I kept them natural. I did, however, double up on my strands for an extra thick and absorbent coaster! How pretty these are.

This is a very nice design. It's basic and easy and will make up quickly. You can make them for many different themes. Change the colors to red and green for Christmas, red, white and blue for the summer. It will be easy to customize to your tastes. Thanks for sharing!

Im not sure where the Meadowlark comes in, but the colors of these cute household accessories remind me of the beach. The stitch pattern reminds me of a Mariners Wheel, too. Do yourself a favor and download the .pdf as this not only gives you the pattern and a wealth of photos, but also shows some of the special stitching the project requires.

These are super cute! I love the delicate purple-blue and yellow colors. These are the perfect hint of rustic beauty for any kitchen.
