I love bucket hats, and working this adult version up in cotton yarn will be perfect for summer. I wont have to buy a thing as I already have the exact yarn the designer suggests. If you dont want to use the variegated yarn, you could always use separate colors. Theres a two part instructional video for the hat, and an additional photo tutorial for the flower.

This is so cute and after reading the pattern, very easy also. I can do one up in a day. I just wanted to comment that it's called Stateside but yet there are many countries that have those three colors incorporated in the flags. Great Britan and France come to mind! So we can all enjoy these colors and celebrate.thanks for sharing!
