"This Christmas tree skirt is easy and fast to make. It has a radiating design from the center that looks like a poinsettia and a pretty scalloped edge. It is available in 39” and 48” diameter but easy to adjust for other sizes. I used a self striping yarn for fun color changes, but the design looks great in solids too - so why not make both? Designed in worsted weight yarn Size: 39” diameter or 48” diameter."

If you have a traditional or Victorian themed Christmas, this elegant tree skirt would be ideal. I love how it mimics the look of an antique doily. I definitely like the white version better just because its easier to see the elements of the stitch pattern. This is another case where the yarn absolutely will make a difference in the look of the final project.

I am loving the look of the classic white with red trim poinsettia tree skirt. The reason why I prefer this one over the pretty blue and green beach glass looking one- the solid color yarn makes the poinsettia flower design in the center really stand out! You just cannot see it that well in the other one. Thank you for giving us such a pretty tree skirt pattern to try out for ourselves.
