These are cute, basic booties that are perfect practice pieces for crafters wanting to expand their stitch repetoire. The body of the bootie is the Star Stitch, and it really isnt as hard as you might think. The designer has given a very good explanation of the stitch. Although there arent any links to tutorials, several nice ones can be found on YouTube.

This is one of those rare two-for offers. The pattern is for baby booties but the designer also included instructions for crocheting mittens. I think these are too cute for words. You can not go wrong giving these as a baby gift. Mom and baby will be happy to have them.

These are so cute. Any new mom would love to receive these. And even though it says intermediate, after reading thru the instructions it is not hard at all. They are well written and very easy to follow. I love the rubbing on the cuff. And matching mittens are available, that's great.
