I agree if you do increase the size you can get a different item. This pretty pebbles dishcloth is way to pretty just to keep in the kitchen. I think I will use the stitch to make a pillow. I love the texture of the design and that is a great plus to add to any home decor.

This pretty pebbles dishcloth is what I call a scrubby . If you can not get your dishes clean with this cloth, then I have no idea what you have on your dishes. It is amazing what can be done with a little yarn, a hook and some time. I know I will be making one of these. Thanks for the free pattern.

Im definitely gonna make this. I dont have that particular variegated yarn, but I do have lots of cotton yarn, so Ill try with what Ive got. I practiced the tunisian simple stitch for a while last night, and I just love it. So fun and I really like the way it looks. Im looking forward to more patterns.

I love, love, love Tunisian crochet! It is my favorite way to crochet now. This pattern uses the Tunisian pebble stitch which accounts for the wonderful texture. The designer gives you a great detailed written and photo tutorial. The designer points out how these little pebbles look like little flowers in a garden by giving you a close up photo of this stitch. So cute!

Loved the lush textured look I saw in allfreecrochet e-mail picture. Immediately came for instructions. Have not tried yet, but knitinstructor you say it is very easy to get this great effect? Terrific! I WILL go for it then!
