This is exactly the right thing for me to make for friends little fur kiddies. They all have small dogs so it won't take long to make one for each of them. My maltipoo, Palermo, will be first in line. Thank you for posting such a cute, easy project for our little guys.

April, our Lhasa Apso mix, has managed to get herself into a burdock patch and is loaded with burs. Instead of keeping her coat a bit longer for the winter, now shes looking at the full grooming package. We do get winter here in the Blue Ridge so this project came along at exactly the right time. Since April is pure white, so I might treat her to an entire festive wardrobe.

I made this sweater for each of my chihuahuas. I added a panel 7 stitches wide to cover the chest area. I really like this pattern's ribbed effect. I will be crocheting more of these in different colours for my fur babies )

This was really easy. Made a hot pink one for my toy doxipoo. Used the easy three layer flower (black) and put on back. She's a stylin this morning! And love the leg room. I think I'll make another one for my dauschand ... it's so hard to fit her legs in a sweater. She's always tripping over them. So this is a great pattern for them too!! Thank you!!

I really like this swearters sticking and the thickness, however It would be perfect if it covered the full body of the dog, this looks more like a vest. If I were to make this I'd have to design it to cover the chest area and the upper arm areas :).

Suzee15: when you want to print a pattern from your iPad, this is what I do: Download the Print Magic (or Print Master, I can't remember lol) app from the app store, then click on the "Click here for pattern" spot above. When it opens, click and hold the web address on the top of the page, when the "copy" tab opens, click that, then open Print Master, and in the web address line, click and hold, then hit paste. You can print to your printer with that, as long as your printer is wireless and you have it set up with Print Master. Hope this helps!

It is Print Magic HD, I just checked.

I think this is ideal for a dog with only a thin coat. This would be ideal for one of my own dogs as she feels the cold easily.

I have 2 English bulldogs & a pekingese. It is hard to find clothes to fit them so I can't wait to give this a try. It would be great if you made a video on how you did this. Thank you for the information!! I love this website!! Thank you all!!!

sherryjcurnutt: If you just highlight what you want to print, then click print, when you printer menu comes up, you should be able to click on 'print selection only'. That way you don't get the whole page.

How do you highlight just the pattern with an iPad? I keep getting all the letters and responses. Appreciate any info in this matter.

How about an English MASTIFF WEIGHING APPROXING 185 l bs

I have a boxer mixed with bull dag she is very sweet. I hope she likes this when I'm done. Love the look of it.

OMG Thank you...many pets will enjoy this...I wal make some for Santa to give this Christmas...I finally found something to smile about...thx

When i was younger i used to crohcet patch blankets out of all used and unwanted wools, that people were throwing out, i used to take apart sweater, hats, gloves etc and reuse the wool. Now i am retired and i tried to do beading to make jewelery and i did make some beautiful jewelery but i couldnt sell it. I have 2 of the most gourgous mini poodles, but i do live in Florida, and we do get cold weather in Dec, Jan & some of Feb. I would love to learn how to make fancy stiched doggies sweaters among other things and i found this site my accident. We are now on a fixed income so i cant afford to subscribe to your magazines and even though the first one is free i will probably forget to cancel after the first one and i cant afford to buy the rest or be put on collection for not paying a bill. But if you could instruct me via e-mail free of charge i would be ever so greatful. Also if you have some free paraphanalia you can send me, i would be so happy. My name is Gail-Renee' Mule', 11804 Easthampton Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (813)814-0343. Thx in advance, Gail.
