This is a very attractive bag, and much larger than I expected. You cant tell it from the initial photo, but if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can see someone wearing the bag and its huge. The designer not only provides links to the pattern in several different languages, shes also created an instructional video to help guide the crafter through the pattern. Kudos to the designer for all her efforts.

A very versatile bag that can be used on many different occasions. Made in a neutral color, it can match almost anything. I would like to be a bit more bold and make one that has a true boho look with a bit of free form added to it to personalize it and make it my own. Great tutorial.

This Wildflower Shoulder Crochet Bag can be used in a special occasion or in an office. It looks formal unlike other crochet bag designs that are more appropriate only for the beach and other places. I like the length of the handle which is just conveniently comfortable on the shoulder. Can be done in a color of your choice.

I've made two of these bags and have another planned. The motif is very versatile and easy to be used for many projects. Pattern is well written and includes video tutorials. Love it!

Pictured alone this bag does not look as large as it does when seen with a person using it over the shoulder. The notes state a "petit" person modeled it. Then the straps look crocheted but the supply list shows a purchased leather strap. Because the bag is is a little on the large size, I think I will pass but the design is beautiful.

What a cute purse. It's so professional looking. I love the delicate look. Even if you aren't interested in making this into a purse you can make the flower as an embellishment to use on other things. I use them on blankets, afghans, purses and clothing. Thank you for sharing this.

this pattern says free, but you have to print it out in 3 sessions? and super confusing. but the creator says you can go to ravelry and get it , but there is a fee....so yeah not really a free pattern.

Hi Kabooper - Sometimes designers release their patterns in multiple parts in order to break down the pattern for the ease of the reader. Many also offer a PDF of the entire pattern, ads-free, for a small fee, but the pattern IS available on the blogger's site for free. Thanks for the comment! Julia, editor for AllFreeCrochet

Wow. The pattern for this bag is offered in a lot of different languages and each are in their own PDF instead of being all scrambled together. Very thought out work done by the designer on that. It is much appreciated. The only downside is that it is split among 3 different PDFs so there is a lot of clicking to get the entire pattern.

WOW! A crochet along pattern. I wish I would have found this when the event happened. It would have been exciting to be involved. However, the pictures and videos are priceless. I really like the size and shape of the crochet bag and I am considering making one. (Wow! pattern provided in multiple languages!!!)

I love it already. The directions are simple and straight forward. Plus it's also done in basic stitches so it will move along rather quickly. I like projects that you can do in a short period of time. I guess I sometimes am a creature of instant gratification. This is just so neat I can't wait to get started. Thank you so much for sharing.

At first I wasn't quite sure if this was one of those mini shoulder bags. But I am pleasantly surprised to see that the "Wildflower Shoulder Crochet Bag" is actually a very sizeable piece of work! Being a plus sized woman, tiny bags have a way of making me look bigger than I am, where large bags are more proportionate for my frame. This style is like a boho chic bag which is still on trend in the fashion world. It is stunning in light gray, like the color of a stone.

After trying over and over, it finally loaded but it was part three on how to finish it! I've tried all morning to open patterns only to have it say it's not available (the pineapple bag) or just part of it OR go to another site to purchase it! So much for free huh
