"Very happy to introduce you to my second pattern, the puppy chip done in paintbox cotton yarn. I have used carry the yarn on the wrong side technique to create chip's adorable eye patch. If you have any trouble understanding this technique please leave a comment or feel free to send me an email. I hope you enjoy making chip as much as I did and please check my instagram @lovenstitch for more amigurumi inspiration!"

One of the nicest things about this little pup is that his eye patch is worked directly as part of his head and not added on later. This does make the pattern a bit more fiddly as its worked in the round. But since all the carried bit are safely inside the stuffed head, there are no worries about cutting and weaving in yarn ends.
