How to Make the Body

Notes: At row 10 of your bunny body add your eyes. Space 5 sc between each eye. On row 9 between the eyes add the nose. Add your stuffing while you are decreasing when your making the body of your bunny. You don’t need a lot of stuffing just about a handful. And that’s really it. When you have it all done please post and share. Please don’t copy or make this pattern as your own. Have fun with this project and enjoy! I had a lot of fun making it and I hope you will too!

  1. Round 1: First make a magic circle. I did a chain 2. In second chain from hook crochet 6 sc. (6 sc)

  2. Round 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)

  3. Round 3:  *2 sc, then 1 sc in next stitch* repeat all the way around (18 sc)

  4. Round 4: *2 sc, then 1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch* repeat all the way around (24 sc)

  5. Round 5: *2 sc, then 1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch* repeat all the way around till you have 32 sc. (32 sc)

  6. Round 6-11:  1 sc in each stitch around (32 sc)

    Now you can start decreasing!

  7. Round 12: *1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch, skip next stitch, 1 sc in next, 1 sc in next, 1 sc in next, skip* repeat all way around (24 sc)

After Row 12 you can add your stuffing here. You only need about a handful of stuffing. You can also add your eyes at Row 10, 5sc between each eye. In Row 9 between your eyes add your nose

  8. Round 13: *1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, skip next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch* repeat all the way around (18 sc)

  9. Round 14: *1 sc in next, skip next stitch, 1 sc in next* repeat all the way around till you have 10 s left around. Once you have 10 sc you will close up your stuffy and sc across 4 times. Do Not Cut Off.

How To Make The Ears (Make 2)

  1. Row 1: Using the same yarn chain 1 and turn your stuffy and crochet 2 scs in first sc. then 2 sc in next stitch. Chain 1 and turn so that your working on the other side of the row that you just made. (4 sc)

  2. Row 2: 2 sc in first stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, 2 sc in last stitch. Chain 1 and turn (6 sc)

  3. Row 3: 1 sc in the next 6 sc. chain 1 and turn. (6 sc)

  4. Row 4: 1 sc in the next 6 sc. chain 1 and turn. (6 sc)

  5. Row 5: Skip first sc, 1 sc in the next 5 sc. chain 1 and turn (5sc)

  6. Row 6: 1 sc in the next 5 sc. chain 1 and turn (5 sc)

  7. Row 7: Skip first sc, 1 sc in the next 4 sc. Do not chain just turn (4sc)

  8. Row 8: Skip first sc, 1 sc in the next 3 sc. Turn (3sc)

  9. Row 9: Skip first sc, 1 sc in the next 2 sc. Turn (2sc)

  10. Row 10: Skip first sc, 1 sc in next stitch (1sc)

  11. Now what you are going to do is SC all the way around your bunny ear. Once you get back to the top of your bunny ear SLPST to first sc, cut off and weave end in.

For the second ear add your yarn back to your crochet hook. Then sc to the bottom of your first ear. In the first sc that should be next to your hook crochet 2 sc. then 2 sc in next stitch. Chain 1 and turn. Now you will repeat From Row 2 to Row 10. After that SC all the way around your second bunny ear. SLPST at the top cut off and weave in end
