Wow. Colorful squares! This collection of squares can form a beautiful piece of afghan or blanket. Or you can choose just one type of square to form one work of art. What lovely squares!

Wow! What a gold mine of embellishments! This would be the perfect center piece for a greeting card to invite someone over for a backyard summer picnic. It's soooo fun to have soooo many crafters on here that see one thing and can find soooo many ways to apply it! How cute and quick and easy this little watermelon will be. Thanks for the free pattern!

Look at the brilliant colors on these squares! The colors are just a little over the top for me but they do have a certain style about them. My nieces may like these vibrant colors and may even like some of the designs. If I could just get them both interested in crochet.

After I finish one I can hardly wait to start on a new square. These are so funky, modern and hip. The colors are brilliant and the designs work up fairly easy. I am finding myself rushing thru these because they are just adorable. I know this will be one of my favorite creations.

The watermelon square is very cute. I am not much of a watermelon person, but I see a couple of other squares in the picture with the watermelon that I am really interested in finding the pattern for. I love the sunglasses and the high heels squares. I clicked around on the designers site and saw that this blanket has 24 squares in this series.

I have read several of these "Like a Boss" crochet squares. The watermelon might be my favorite. I am so stuck on watermelons this summer!I would choose to make a black square with the watermelon. In fact, an entire blanket with just black granny squares with the hot pink watermelon, trimmed in a thin strip of white followed by a shell stitch border in green would be an AWESOME novelty summertime themed blanket.
