This headband is very pretty. At first I thought is was fan stitches all the way around and wondered how it was supposed to stretch. When I saw it was only 8.5 to 9 inches, I was even more puzzled. Then I saw how the elastic is used and the chains running from the fan strip to the elastic and fell in love with the design. I am going to be making a bunch of these!
