Heather & Lilac Shawlette

Heather & Lilac Shawlette
Heather Lilac Shawlette

"An easy Tunisian crochet pattern for a simple and elegant shawlette. The elongated triangular shape with tapered points is convenient to wear and handle. You can make it in any size from a neck kerchief to full size, depending on your choice and how much yarn you have. The project was designed for variegated yarn, but it would look good in a plain colour, too. The stitch pattern produces a fabric with a soft and comfortable drape. Yarn: Fingering / 4 ply wool yarn (14 wpi), colourway purple variegated. Approx yarn usage: 150 - 200 gm Finished size: 80” length x 13” width at centre"

Shawlettes are so darn cute to me! They are the perfect gift for a girlfriend for any occasion. I think, if you are a newbie to Tunisian I think you will be pleasantly surprised with this pattern from Ravelry. Good luck and as always, have fun!

After downloading this pattern and reading it I so want to find this yarn and make this Heather Lilac Shawlette. I'm not sure who make the yarn, but I love the colors in it. The written pattern is easy to follow and understand. I think it should work out nicely. I'm hoping to find the yarn to make this cute shaw. Thank you for sharing this free crochet shawl pattern.
