This is a really appreciated post. I like to make up baby sets, with a hat, diaper cover and booties. But there are just so many little booties for boys. And some parents don't want their little he man in prissy booties. These will be perfect. And I can make then in colors to match the outfits.

I have made a pair of converse kids shoes, and they turned out great! I will have to get some crochet thread and give these cute baby shoes a try! Does anyone know how warm they are? I have a niece or nephew coming in October, and I am looking for some unique patterns to make for him or her.

Every future basketball star needs a pair of these. Years and years ago, these were the got to have basketball shoes. Kids now a days have no clue. These are adorable.

When my brother and I were children, at the start of the school year, his footwear request was always a pair of Chuck Taylors. I think these little converse tennis shoes are adorable for baby.

My youngest daughter was just asking me if I had a pattern for some Chucks. Im so happy to report that I have one now! This project has everything I want, but I will replace the star. I have a better pattern for that than the stitched version. Cant wait to get started on this one! Theres even a .pdf download for a small fee, too.

I have seen many crocheted baby booties looking like actual shoes and this one takes the cake. It looks very close to an actual converse tennis shoe. I do not have a baby to crochet this for, but I will add this to my saved projects so it will be at my fingertips when I do!

This is great! I was just looking for a pattern for Converse Tennis Shoes yesterday.. Good timing.. After reading the free written pattern these will work out perfectly. My daughter posted a picture for adult converse slippers and wanted me to make them for the new baby. I'll be trying this pattern and see how it works out and then try to make adult size with yarn and a bigger hook. Fingers are crossed.. Thank you so much for this free pattern.

How would I make the converse tennis shoes to fit an adult. Thank you Jean
