The V stitch is used to make this cute Soap Bag. If you're traveling or simply want to keep your bathroom nice and clean this little bag is sure to do the trick. It's an easy crochet pattern that can hold any size bar of soap. You can also fill it with potpourri.
Crochet HookH/8 or 5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

I finally broke down and worked one of these up, and then wondered why in the world I waited so long. I had an entire small box full of soap bits, which I intended to melt down and make into larger bars. Who has time for that nonsense? I just sorted the bits into the same brands and bagged them up instead. Now I have something to take to the gym, and I dont need to worry about chasing dropped soap on the floor.

I love these soap bags. I will be making several of them for the holidays and filling them with some extra gentle soaps for my family and friends.
