"Create this adorable toddler cupcake hat! So cute and sure to delight your little one! This pattern uses medium worsted weight yarn in 3 colors and size I crochet hook. The final hat measures 6.5″ across the top and 7″ long. This pattern uses medium worsted weight yarn (I used Bernat Pop) in 3 colors, long strand of contrasting yarn for “sprinkles” and a small amount of red yarn for the cherry and size I crochet hook. Make it a set with my free toddler crochet mitten pattern!"

This is a set! Is there a matching scarf to go with it, as well? Maybe scarves are not too safe for little, little kids. That's probably why. The set is made for a toddler, so... The unconventional colors for a kid's hat and mittens, the modern edge it has, is what drew me to this pattern.

This is just adorable! I cant wait to get started on this, and have the perfect colors to work this up. Although the original pattern is designed with a toddler in mind, it would be a simple matter to drop from the I size hook down to a G if you want to work the pattern exactly the same as written. Thanks so much for finding this charming little set
