This unusual take on the Sock Monkey hat reminds me of a Japanese anime character. I love the unique look of the face, and especially the eyes (which are always a challenge for me personally). The designer takes you step by step through the entire project beginning with both text and photos. She also has a .pdf available for a very modest fee.
