"This particular design reminds me of a butterfly. And when I was young we would give our caterpillars milkweed to eat so they could eventually emerge from their cocoons to be beautiful butterflies. The hexagonal motif shawls are unique in their design and style. They are perfect for outdoor events like weddings or festivals where you might want to keep yourself warm with your gorgeous wrap while still having easy access to your phone and camera."

I'm just wondering, can these hexagons be blocked before they're joined together? Or would it be better to block the entire finished shawl? I'd prefer to block individual hexagons because I have limited space and blocking mats. If I do that, how much should I stretch the hexagons before I block them? Thanks!
