This is a beautiful Crochet Wrap Shawl. I was hoping for a written pattern for this one. I'm not great at crocheting with a chart or graft. I'm not sure if it is my laptop or what, but I could not get a clear picture of the chart to really read what it says. So I'll be passing on this one. But thank you for sharing . Hopefully someone can come up with a written pattern for this beautiful shawl..

I generally stay away from projects that I know are going to take a lot of time (not to mention gobs of yarn), but this is just amazing. Its hard to believe this is just one long rectangle. The combination of stitches is mesmerizing, and Im very thankful that the designer has included both a chart and instructional video. Those little primitive poms along the bottom are a brilliant touch, but this is one project that will require hand washing.

Stunning. Just beautiful. This is like wearing art on your shoulders! I can take a close look at what the shawl looks like up close, and I can see that it is deceptively fairly simple to make. It's a lot of chain work. So I will bet that it will work up surprisingly quick. I am new to creating pompoms that are directly worked on the piece as you go, versus attaching pre-made ones.

I have to admit being a little jealous of how creative some of these folks are. I think of myself as a pretty creative person but I feel like a piker next to these designers.
