This designer has an awesome blog and anyone that has not checked it out should do so soon. The blog is called the Underground Crafter. I have signed up to get email updates and they are great at keeping track of what is going on with patterns and crochet a longs and Facebook groups.

I guess Vanna's Choice by Lion Brand is the old standby! These colors are retro without looking DATED, if that makes any sense. It truly is a unisex scarf. Perhaps a man might not want it done up as an infinity scarf, though, but the colors are right on. I am a big fan of this particular stitch and have used it on many of my own projects! There is so much texture, and it will add that good stretchy feel. How about a red, black and ivory colorway?Or a dark hunter green, a navy, and ivory.
