"This is a simple to stitch textured crochet scarf with a two row repeat utilizing crossed stitches for a cabled look. Great for men or women! Color changes in the yarn add more visual interest, and it finishes up easily because there is no additional border - the texture of the side edges looks terrific the way it is. The scarf was made in two skeins of Puzzle by Premier Yarns and finishes at 10” x 72” but you would have enough yarn leftover to make it longer if you desire."
Crochet HookK/10.5 or 6.5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(5) Bulky/Chunky (12-15 stitches for 4 inches)
Finished Size10” x 72” but could be longer with listed materials

It't nice. The diamonds in this rustic diamonds scarf added some texture to the scarf which means an added layer to keep the wearer warm and comfortable.

Im a big fan of variegated and novelty yarns, but there are just some projects that would do better with simpler yarns. There are some fiddly parts in this pattern, and it can be hard to keep track of the diamonds. Since this is worked across the width, it would be easy enough to work up a swatch so you can master the technique.
