"This New York Medley Scarf is worked up in a really easy stitch pattern! Quick and easy to work up! Beautiful in the Scheepjes Wanderlust New York color. SKILL LEVEL: Easy Basic stitches, simple shaping and finishing. MATERIALS: Yarns: Scheepjes Wanderlust 100 g Color: New York Hooks & Notions: Hook 4.50 mm (Clover) Yarn needle Abbreviations: CH - chain SL ST - slip stitch SC - single crochet DC - double crochet TR - treble crochet Notes: I use US Crochet stitch terminology. Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used. Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and size of hook used. Size: approx 50 inches is length and 10 inches in width"

I have a special cake yarn that Ive been holding in reserve for a project that really catches my eye. As soon as I finish typing this up, Im grabbing my crochet hook and diving into this one! I love how the stitches wrap around the openings and give it almost a peacock feather look. Its worked across the width so I dont have to worry about running out of yarn for the length. Love this!
