Lacy Pineapple Crochet Scarf
"Pretty in pink" is a completely true statement in the case of the Lacy Pineapple Crochet Scarf. Of course, you can work it up in any yarn color of your choosing, but we like the soft yet vibrant pink that Roseanna picked. Lace and the pineapple pattern are trending so much right now! You really only need to know how to shell stitch for this easy crochet pattern. We love how light yet cozy this scarf is, which makes it perfect for year-round wear.

My Moms favorite crochet stitch to crochet was the pineapple. I was always so amazed to see her start a table cloths and watch it grow and see the pineapple appear right before my eyes. I have yet to attempt such a pattern, until now. I can not wait to get started. Mom would be so proud.

I gravitate to patterns based on the title for the most part when I am just surfing the web and not looking for anything in particular. When I saw easy and pineapple in the same sentence I had to take a peek. I am still intimidated by the pineapple stitch but I know I can get this one done. Thanks for the project pattern and completing it in my favorite color, pink!

Love the look of this lacy pineapple crochet scarf. What girl doesnt love the feeling of being pretty in pink? The look is so lacy and feminine. This would be the perfect fashion accessory for this coming Easter or spring break holiday. Pattern looks easy and straight forward. Looks like it would work up quickly.

What a gorgeous, delicate little scarf! So light and airy, you could wear this charming accessory any time of the year. It doesnt require a lot of time or materials, so it would be easy to whip up several to match any outfit. Work them up in pastels or neutral solid colors, and these would be great gifts. Im thinking they would be good for craft fairs, too.

I have never done the pineapple stitch, and I really like this pattern. Thanks for the step by step directions to making this beautiful pineapple scarf easy. After I have a few of these made I think I'll be able to move onto a larger pattern, like a tank top or dress. Thank you for this free pattern.

I love the look of this scarf. What is the open shell in your pattern? I'm not familiar with this.

Thank you for your comment and question. The pattern was missing the special stitch guide. It has been updated and you can find this section about the stitches under "notes". Happy crocheting! - Editor of AllFreeCrochet

It what I've known as the V stitch in dc. Shell stitch normally is 3dc 1 or 2 ch between with 3 dc in a corner.
