This pot handle cover is such a good idea. It will protect you from the heat and from burning if the handle gets too hot. This handle can be done in colors to match your kitchen and utensils.

I have been baking these for years and love them. I use cast iron pans and the handles get as hot as the pan. I made these pot handle covers out of cotton yarn and they have stood the test of time.
