"This is a fun and easy design to crochet whether you are a beginner or experienced crocheter, I have made using the moss stitch and crocheted two pieces joining them together with a border and a shell edge, makes it double thick to save your hands from hot pots and pans. There is also a hanging loop. Using a light worsted weight #3 cotton (double knitting cotton for UK crocheters) and a 5.00mm crochet hook, it measures approx 11 inches."
