My grandchildren love those little Goldfish crackers, and thats the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this hat! This project starts out as a Linked Double Crochet pattern, so the joins at the end of each round are different than a normal Slip Stitch. The author provides excellent step-by-step instructions and photos for this part of the pattern. Thank you!

Someone at my office is expecting a little boy soon, and this free crochet hat pattern is going to make the perfect baby shower gift.
