This is an instance where its really the yarn that makes the hat so special. Ive worked with the Lion Brand Landscapes yarn, and usually pick up a skein or two if I have some spare coupons (and cash). This hat is worked from the bottom up in order to accommodate the clusters. You dont really decrease at the top so you have to weave through and pull tight to finish. If you dont like that look, you can always add a pompon.

Who doesn't love the Lion Brand Landscapes yarn? I guess I forgot that it is a chunky yarn. I was thinking it was similar to the Red Heart Unforgettable but it is not. When you see the hat on the mannequin, you can tell how chunky this works up. Only needs one skein to make the hat! I see there is a matching cowl, as well. Grab two skeins and you can whip up this set. The colors are breathtaking!
